If you don’t want to have problems with your dog in the future, it would be best not to give them any kind of pizza. Even the simple crust of pizza can cause vomiting and constipation because of the high amount of flour and salt used it in. If you are planning to serve pizza as a treat for your dog, it would be better to choose another treat like fruits or cheerios. They are healthier that pizza and almost all vets have agreed that it is safe to feed to your dogs.
