You can give your dog beans in with it’s kibble, however giving a 50% mixture may not be the best idea. Beans are ok for dogs to eat, however an excess of them can give you dog stomach aches, and bad diarrhea.
The best way to have your dog lose weight would be to give him or her more exercise.
If this is not possible, I would suggest buying a low-fat kibble and mixing your kibble with the low fat one.
